Research meets teaching – cocreation of a sustainable business game

This fall, students from the Master in International Sustainability Management and the Master in Sustainability Entrepreneurship and Innovation will further develop a renewable energy transition game for Bachelor in Management students to participate in starting next spring. The goal of the game is to make participant experience a renewable energy transition and experience how business and systems can transform in times of crisis. This role-playing game in which participants put themselves into real-life stakeholders’ shoes (i.e., Custonmers, Government, Tech Giants, Energy Market, Investor, etc.) allows them to be able to check how they deal with sustainability considerations, group dynamics and how their mind operates in phases of stress.
